Monte Nido- Our house medium blend coffee pays homage to the Mountain Nest where The Canyon General Store began.  Certified Organic beans from Guatemala.

Cold Canyon- Cold Canyon coffee beans are Certified Organic, from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia

Dark Creek- Dark Creek is our 100% Dark Roast Pure Sumatra and all beans are Certified Organic.

Saddle Peak- Saddle Peak is our House Swiss Water Decaf Blend and all beans are Certified Organic.

All coffee is Kosher and Certified Organic.
